Mold Inspection / IAQ :  INCLUDES

  1.   Indoor Air Sample for mold spores.

                 Analyzed by 3rd party lab, 24 hr. turn around.

      2. Tape Lifts from area of concern. 

                 Mold species are identified by in house lab.

      3. Thermal Imaging scan.

               Thermal camera,  helps find leaks and can detect mold inside of walls.

      4. Test for HCHO, Formaldehyde.

              Common cause of migraine headaches, HCHO found in Houshold building  materials,

          flooring, cabinets, paint etc..., Starts to affect occupant after 1-2 years, highly toxic

              and cancer causing,  results are immediate on hand held device.

     5.  T-VOC, Total volatile organic compounds.

               Results are immediate on hand held device.

       6. Visual inspection

              Visually inspect suspect area and entire house if necessary.

       7.  Endoscopy camera.

           Helps to look inside walls or tight small areas, (only if necessary.

       8. RH, (Relative Humidity), monitoring while on site.

           We recommend trying to keep RH under 60%

      9. Test for PM2.5/PM10/PM1.0 (Harmful Atmospheric Aerosol particles in the air).

               Meter results are instant, we compare results to the EPA's acceptable levels.\

      10. Test for Radon gas, If Radon is detected, a second extended test is required.

            Extended test is covered under the $99 Fee.
